The weather outside today is currently 64 degrees. Florida must be one of the best places during the winter to reside or visit. The water in Destin Florida stays especially gorgeous in the winter. The Destin Pass is a dark emerald green, darker than is is during most of the summer and the waves and surf in the gulf are non existent. The Gulf will stay flat for most of the winter until the summer breezes arrive in the late spring. If you are visiting this winter, it is a great time for family portraits on the beach, not to mention a perfect time if you are looking for more intimate photographs with just you and that significant other, as the beaches will stay virtually deserted until March.
